Joanna

Director of Youth Ministry

Originally from La Glace, Alberta, Joanna has been living in this area for the past five years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Ambrose University, and is currently completing an after-degree in Education. She and her husband Sheldon have been attending Tapestry since 2025.

Joanna became Tapestry’s Director of Youth Ministry in 2026. Her goal is to help young people grow in their walk with God, feel confident in their identity in Christ, and connect with a loving community of believers.

In her spare time, Joanna can be found playing board games with her husband, petting puppies, baking brownies, and drinking plenty of tea!
